Jake coaches individuals, business executives and management teams to overcome their challenges and unlock their full potential. He leverages his 20+ years as a private equity investor, board member and CEO mentor to craft simple, actionable and high impact solutions that lead to transformative changes for his clients.

In addition to executive coaching, Jake is a partner at Cache Creek Industries, LLC a private equity firm which he founded in 2015. Prior to Cache Creek he was a partner at Vance Street Capital, a Los Angeles based private equity firm where he worked for eight years. He also worked in New York City for nearly a decade at Charterhouse Group and Deutsche Bank/Bankers Trust.

Jake received a BA in Economics from Washington and Lee University (Cum Laude). He is a board member of several privately held companies and also serves as Trustee at The Laurence School.

Jake is an avid reader, triathlete (2x Ironman), and skier. He resides in Los Angeles with his wife and three daughters.
